FAQ’s
Do I need to charge my Kado Bar before the first use?
No, all Kado Bar devices come pre-charged and ready to vape right out of the box. You only need to recharge it once the battery indicator light flashes or the screen shows 0%.
How long does a Kado Bar typically last?
It depends on your vaping style. For a standard user, a 10,000-puff device usually lasts 1–2 weeks. Using “Boost” or “Power” modes will drain the juice and battery faster.
Can I refill the e-liquid in my Kado Bar?
No, Kado Bars are “disposable” closed systems. They are designed to be used until the liquid or battery is depleted and then safely recycled or disposed of.
What should I do if my device is leaking?
Minor condensation near the mouthpiece is normal. However, if liquid is leaking from the air holes or charging port, stop using it immediately and contact our support team.
Is it safe to leave my vape charging overnight?
We recommend unplugging your device once the indicator shows it is fully charged. To preserve battery health and safety, it’s best not to leave any electronic device charging unattended for long periods.
Why is the light blinking when I try to take a puff?
A blinking light usually means the battery is dead and needs a recharge. If it blinks even after a full charge, the device may have reached its maximum puff count.
